Do you provide the lights and materials?
Yes. Our primary full-service model is built around us supplying professional-style lighting and setup materials. If you already own lights, send photos and we can tell you whether they are suitable for the installation.
Do you take the lights down after Christmas?
Yes. Takedown is part of the full-service experience we are building. Your quote will state what is included and the expected post-holiday removal window.
What happens if a light goes out?
Contact us. For supplied-light installations, in-season support is part of the value of the service. We will work to troubleshoot normal lighting issues covered by your agreement.
Can I choose warm white or colorful lights?
Yes. Warm white gives the cleanest classic look, while colorful rooflines and accents are available when they fit the design and inventory.
Can you install lights I already own?
Possibly. Customer-owned lights have to be in usable condition and appropriate for the design. We may decline equipment that is damaged, mismatched, unsafe, or unlikely to produce a professional result.
Do you work on every roof?
No. We only accept areas we can access safely with our equipment and experience. We may redesign, omit, or decline sections that require unsafe roof walking or specialized access equipment.
Do you install on businesses?
Yes, selectively. Our first-season focus is residential, but smaller storefront, office, and property lighting projects may fit our schedule.
How do I get a quote?
Call or text 636-212-5640 or use the quote form. An address plus exterior photos is the fastest way to start.
What areas do you serve?
Edwardsville, Glen Carbon, Pevely, Festus, Arnold, Imperial, Barnhart, and surrounding areas subject to route and scheduling.
Is Jolly Crew a separate LLC?
For the 2026 season, Jolly Crew Christmas Lighting is a customer-facing brand and the service is provided through Sites by Sam LLC.
